Cancellation of hotel accommodation, lodgings, car rental, and excursions

Groups

If a reservation is made for a Group, then the following applies to the Cancellation of this reservation

a. In case of Cancellation more than 3 months before arrival, hereinafter called "the Commencement Date", the Customer is not obliged to make any payment to the Travel Agency.
b. In case of Cancellation more than 2 months before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 15% of the Total Reservation Value to the Travel Agency.
c. In case of Cancellation more than 1 month before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 35% of the Total Reservation Value to the Travel Agency.
d. In case of Cancellation more than 14 days before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 60% of the Total Reservation Value to the Travel Agency.
e. In case of Cancellation more than 7 days before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 85% of the Total Reservation Value to the Travel Agency.
f. In case of Cancellation 7 days or less before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 100% of the Total Reservation Value to the Travel Agency.

Individuals

If a reservation for accommodation, car rental, or excursions is made for one or more Individuals then the following applies to the Cancellation of this reservation
a. In case of Cancellation more than 1 month before arrival = the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 25% of the Total Reservation Value to the Travel Agency.
b. In case of Cancellation more than 14 days before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 40% of the Total Reservation Value to the Travel Agency.
c. In case of Cancellation more than 7 days before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 60% of the Reservation Value to the Travel Agency.
d. In case of Cancellation more than 3 days before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 85% of the Total Reservation Value to the Travel Agency.
e. In case of Cancellation more than 24 hours before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 95% of the Total Reservation Value to the Travel Agency.
f. In case of Cancellation 24 hours or less before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 100% of the Total Reservation Value to the Travel Agency.
